The Rion Digital from BAK is a hand heat gun, used for welding and processing plastic membranes, plastic sheets and it is used for professional welding, shrinking and moulding various thermoplastics.

Why RiOn Digital?

There is a read-out temperature display with intregreted thermocouple in RiOn Digital. The tool has an accurate temperature sensor system to ensure that your welding quality is under the control. The thermocouple will send a signal and adjust itself to reach the set temperture even when the voltage drops.

Geomembrane liner plays an important role of anti-seepage,waterproof,water storage and isolation. 

If the membrane leaks somewhere ,it will affect the overall environment of the projects.

In terms of material, geomembrane types are divided into High-density Polyethylene (HDPE, PE-HD) ,Low-density Polyethylene (LDPE, PE-LD), Linear Low-density Polyethylene (LLDPE), Polyvinylchloride (PVC),ECB and EVA can be seen in some projects

however the HDPE geomembrane is common used for environmental sanitation, water conservancy, municipal engineering, garden, landscape, petrochemical, mining, salt industry, agriculture, aquaculture waterproof and anti leakage.

There are many colors and surfaces of the HDPE geomembrane.

The geomembeane can be damaged from general surroundings such as wind,sunshine and rain as well as sharp objects and human damage. Therfore, it should be checked frequenlty and repair the pucntures or tears as soon as possible

Heat is used to bond a patch to torn geomembrane ,and to strengthen the welding seam Extrusion welding can be used to complete the repair.
